  • To support the costs of editorial management, peer review, digital archiving, and long-term open access hosting, APSR charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 499 USD per accepted manuscript.
  • However, to encourage submissions and support early contributors during the launch phase, the APC is fully waived for all articles submitted and accepted during the journal’s first year of publication.

  • Authors will be notified of any applicable APC after acceptance and before publication. Waiver and discount requests beyond the first year may be considered for authors from low- and middle-income countries or in cases of financial hardship.

  • Readers do not need to register, pay, or log in to access APSR articles. The journal does not charge subscription fees or impose embargoes. Our goal is to promote unrestricted academic exchange for the benefit of the global scholarly community.
