Research on Audience Characteristics and Development Strategies of Different Flavors of Chinese Baijiu

Abstract
As the core anchor for baijiu consumption choices, flavor characteristics are deeply coupled with the audience's age, region, consumption capacity, and scenario needs. Based on authoritative industry data from 2024 to 2025, this paper systematically analyzes the audience portraits and selection logic of mainstream (sauce-flavor, strong-flavor, light-flavor) and characteristic (rice-flavor, phoenix-flavor, mixed-flavor) baijiu. Through SWOT matrix analysis of the development trends of each flavor, it reveals the mechanism of four core influencing factors: regional culture, consumption capacity, scenario needs, and health awareness. This study provides theoretical references and practical paths for segmented market operations and sustainable development in the baijiu industry.
